How will my item be sent?

For all smaller items we use AusPost. For larger items we use Couriers Please or Aramex.

How long will it take to receive my item?

AusPost normally have an estimated shipping time of 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on your location.
Items shipped via courier have a similar time and tracking number will be provided.
Please note that rural locations will take a lot longer to receive then capital cities and metro areas.

Can you ship to New Zealand?

Yes we will happily ship to NZ.

Can I pick up?

Unfortunately we are an online business and do not have a physical shop. Collection can be pre arranged from our warehouse located at Brookvale on Sydneys Northern Beaches.

What if an item is damaged when i received it?

We do our best to pack everything as safe as possible, but if for some reason an item is damaged during shipping please take photos and contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
